BYGONES

In a group of three, we created a fashion film.

Creative direction, styling, directing, and producing done by me

A girl discovers an old magic TV in her attic, she find that it is magic as she gets sucked into the 1960s film. She travels through different eras of film, going on different adventures with men, a date, a poker game, until she realizes that the place she really wants to be is with her girl gang having fun with friends in the 1990's.

The film was created for the brand House of Strut, a local vintage clothing store in Savannah, Georgia.

We wanted to form the whole film based on female empowerment, working with an all female cast and crew (minus two male actors and out professor). Erica Jarmen, owner of House of Strut created her own business from the ground up, and we really wanted to honor female owned companies.
